ASSESSMENT
Initial meeting on site to assess the space and scale of property and to provide a ball park estimate for the project
CONCEPTS
We begin with rough sketches and mood boards to explore design possibilities, ensuring every concept aligns with your vision and the natural beauty of wood. This creative phase allows us to experiment with forms, materials, and finishes before finalizing the perfect approach for your bespoke carpentry project.
SPECIFICATION
On site meeting to take detailed measurements and to review samples and colour swatches resulting in a formal quotation
PROJECT PLANNING
Team briefing to agree materials and desired aesthetic, followed by creation of full scale technical drawings. Cuttings lists are drawn up and materials ordered. On delivery, they are inspected and the choice cuts selected.
FABRICATION
Materials are rough cut to length, planed, shaped and thicknessed. Pieces are panelled then joints cut in before being dry assembled and inspected by Mark. Parts are then finished or sprayed then reassembled and carefully packaged for transport.
INSTALLATION
Preparation to ensure the property is protected before fitting, the each piece is assembled in situ and meticulously checked ready for client review.
